One will live the rest of her life with an implant to manage the pain; the other, dies within hours. John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo are to blame.
Megyn reveals how the snipers pointed authorities out of Montgomery County, Maryland to Montgomery, Alabama, in an attempt to prove their credentials.
