We are not going to pretend that the fallout from Strudwick’s shenanigans aren’t always an inconvenience for Megyn, but usually our four-legged friend is going after Yardley’s cereal, or Yates’ sandwich, or Thatcher’s pistachios.
This time, however, Strud came for Megyn’s snack. “We were pre-taping an hour for the show earlier this week and I was feeling a little lightheaded, not having eaten anything. I asked our intern Madeline to grab me a banana to eat quickly before air,” she shared.
After Madeline hadn’t returned in what Megyn called “a long time,” she got the following text message:
Yes, that is Madeline telling Megyn that Strudwick had eaten all the bananas (as he has done on oh-so-many occasions), so there were none remaining.
“I knew he looked guilty,” Madeline added for good measure.
Fortunately for Strudwick, Megyn is always remarkably quick to forgive and the two made up with a cute couch cuddle later that day.
“I do love my buddy,” Megyn said of the sweet snap.
