True crime fans, listen up! Megyn just announced the launch of MK Confidential, a new narrative crime series that will be available on The Megyn Kelly Show podcast feed and YouTube channel starting next week.
Megyn will host the 8-week summer series that takes a deep-dive into the most iconic true crime cases ranging from JonBenét Ramsey to Chandra Levy to the D.C. Snipers. MK Confidential will air daily episodes Monday through Friday at 9pm ET beginning Monday, July 20.
“Like millions of others, I am a huge devotee of the true crime genre,” Megyn shared. “This series was born out of a desire to revisit the most compelling, unforgettable cases in one place, digesting one mystery at a time in narrative form. I hope you find the results as addictive as we have.”
Megyn’s legal background – including practicing law for nine years and working as a legal correspondent
covering the U.S. Supreme Court for Fox News – has been a key component throughout her journalism career and her “Kelly’s Court” segments, which began during her time at Fox News and are now a regular feature on The Megyn Kelly Show, established her as a leading voice in the law and true crime space.
She has spent years bringing audiences the latest developments, interviewing law enforcement officials, attorneys, judges, victims and their families, and defendants. From reporting in Durham, North Carolina, during the pivotal early days of the Duke Lacrosse case to providing in-depth coverage of the landmark Casey Anthony and Scott Peterson trials, Megyn has consistently been at the center of the stories that have captivated the nation.
More recently, The Megyn Kelly Show has provided extensive coverage of major cases including the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing, the quadruple murder of the Idaho Four, the Alex Murdaugh trial, and a re-examination of the disappearance of baby Lisa Irwin.
