Sean “Diddy” Combs was back in a Manhattan court room Friday for sentencing after a jury convicted him on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in July.

Judge Arun Subramanian said during the proceedings that he does not see a reason to deviate from the sentencing guidelines, which call for a prison sentence between 70 and 87 months. Prosecutors have sought over 11 years, while the rap mogul’s defense team argued for a maximum of 14 months. Combs has already served almost 13 months at the Metropolitan Detention Center after his arrest in September 2024.

On Friday’s show, Megyn was joined by MK True Crime contributors Arthur Aidala, Mark Eiglarsh, Mark Geragos, and Matt Murphy to discuss the proceedings and what it means for Diddy.

Judge Considers ‘Acquitted Conduct’

Megyn, Geragos, and Murphy react to the breaking developments in the sentencing hearing, the judge’s decision to factor in “acquitted conduct,” why the judge’s statements sound bad for the defense team, and more.

Diddy’s Lawyer Plays Race Card

Aidala and Eiglarsh join Megyn to break down the strategy of Diddy’s legal team, their emotional appeals during sentencing, one of his lawyers invoking race and actually crying, and more.
