Over the past three days, the world has watched as dozens of innocent hostages have been released by Hamas in exchange for far more Palestinian prisoners, many of whom did absolutely horrific things.
On one side, you have totally innocent Israelis. On the other side, you have Palestinians in jail in Israel being released because the Israelis can’t get the innocents back unless they release people who have been justifiably accused and are either convicted or awaiting trial for crimes.
This is not exactly how the media will present this exchange to you. It will be more of a ‘tit for tat,’ ‘both sides let out, sadly, imprisoned people.’ No, that’s not what went on here. Keep that in mind.
Abigail Edan Released
Among those released was four-year-old Israeli-American Abigail Edan. Abigail returned to Israel an orphan, her parents murdered by Hamas. She had a birthday while in captivity, and yesterday President Biden celebrated the news of her freedom:
“Today, she’s free and Jill and I, together with so many Americans, are praying for the fact that she is going to be alright… Those who are now wrapping Abigail in love and care, the supportive services she needs – she’s been through a terrible trauma. You know, her mom was killed in front of her… Abigail ran to her dad then and he was gunned down, gunned down as well while using his body to shield little Abigail. She then ran to a neighbor for help where they were all taken hostage – that entire house of neighbors, they were taken hostage by Hamas and held for 50 days. What she endured is unthinkable.”– November 26, 2023
She’s almost certainly not okay. You’ve seen the videos now of these little kids coming out of captivity, being held by their relatives, and you can tell they’re anything but okay. One silver lining to this horrible story is Abigail’s older siblings – ages nine and six – survived on October 7 by hiding in the closet. All this stuff is so reminiscent of Nazi Germany and what was done to Jews.
Here at home we continue to witness deranged protests and anger directed at those who call Hamas what they are: Murderers and terrorists. Honestly, these Hamas terrorists are subhuman. What they did to those children and babies is subhuman.
One college professor was punished for doing just that at the University of Southern California, while one of the world’s highest-paid supermodels, Gigi Hadid, cannot stop posting inflammatory and antisemitic messages to her 79 million followers on Instagram.
Do you remember when the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister, Kylie, had to take down her empathy post about Israel in the wake of 10/7 because there was so much pressure on her to pull it? Enter Hadid, a supermodel of Palestinian descent.
She posted on her Instagram Stories over the weekend that “Israel is the only country in the world that keeps children as prisoners of war” along with a picture of Ahmed Almanasra. She claimed he was “abducted by the #Israeli occupation at the age of 12″ and had been kept in solitary confinement “despite his severe health condition.”
In reality, Almanasra was arrested after going on a stabbing rampage in a settlement in East Jerusalem. He knifed a security guard and hit a 13-year-old boy who suffered critical injuries. It was all on video. But she wants us to condemn Israel. She has been accusing Israel of abducting, raping, and murdering Palestinian children and body harvesting innocent civilians.
Hey, IMG Models, any problem with that? She knows she’ll never face any consequences. There’s nothing you can say to get you fired from IMG Models or from Hollywood apparently right now, if you are bankable and you make people money with your face.
