In an emotional and powerful address just two days after her husband’s assassination, Erika Kirk promised that Turning Point USA and his daily podcast and radio show, The Charlie Kirk Show, would go on.
And go on it has. On Monday, Vice President J.D. Vance guest hosted the program from the White House; The Daily Wire team held court on Tuesday; Glenn Beck was behind the mic on Wednesday; and Megyn made her way to Turning Point USA headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, on Thursday to anchor the show in honor of her dear friend.
In addition to breaking the news that Erika was unanimously elected the new CEO and chairwoman of the powerhouse conservative grassroots organization that her late husband co-founded in 2012, Megyn spent most of the two hours interviewing the team of people – from his executive producer and chief of staff to his researchers and assistants – who knew Charlie better than anyone.
They joined to share behind-the-scenes stories of their friend, mentor, and leader and offer insight into how they will carry on his legacy.
Processing the Grief
Andrew Kolvet, the executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, and Megyn discussed how he and the Turning Point USA staff are processing the grief of losing Charlie, what it means to honor his legacy, and more.
The Charlie Few Know
Megyn was joined by Charlie’s team and friends Blake Neff, Mikey McCoy, Daisy Phelps, and Emma Kate Bartels to share memories and personal stories about the side of Charlie few know about.
What Happens Next?
McCoy, Danny Philip, Nate Walker, and Katherine Locastro sat down with Megyn to discuss where Turning Point USA goes from here, the future of the entire conservative movement, Charlie’s role in leading people to God, and more.
