Earlier this summer, we shared that Strudwick was beating the heat by turning his go-to game (fetch) into a water sport. But it’s what happened when Strud took his favorite form of cardio to dry land that proved problematic.
“Got a little carried away on the hot pavement chasing tennis balls and irritated our paws,” Megyn shared along with this pic of our pal in protective booties.
Strud is already on the mend, but you probably won’t be surprised to learn that he hasn’t exactly been a perfect patient. “He keeps trying to lick off the paw balm and booties,” Megyn noted. “So, we’ve resorted to this…”
Remarkably, it seems to be doing the trick – in addition to just being adorable!
