This edition of The Strudwick File is equal parts WTF and LOL. TBH, we don’t know what got into our party pooper (a.k.a. Strudwick) recently, but it is GTK he is no fan of initialism.
“Strud attacked the Wacronyms,” Megyn lamented. “Why?”

As an FYI, Wacronyms is a game that involves forming witty acronyms, abbreviations, and initialisms for specific (and often unusual) themes from a set of given letters. The result? Plenty of LOL’ing and OMGs.
Unfortunately, Megyn’s next game night will be without the fun. And while we will never know why Strud targeted the colorful cards, we are quite surprised because he seems to really embrace the YOLO mantra.
BTW, it is NBD if you are having trouble deciphering the initialisms in this story. Here’s a little glossary of what they stand for:
- WTF = What the f-ck?
- LOL = Laugh out loud
- TBH = To be honest
- AKA = Also known as
- GTK = Good to know
- FYI = For your information
- OMG = Oh my gosh
- YOLO = You only live once
- BTW = By the way
- NBD = No big deal
- TTYL = Talk to you later
Consider it prep for your next game of Wacronyms… or even your next text exchange with the teenagers in your life. TTYL!
